To support the growth of our footprint in Turkey, we are looking for a Stock Control and Planning Specialist for our team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum associate or bachelor's degree in related departments in a reputable university,
- Experienced in spare parts of tractor components
- Experienced in stock workflow and process of the warehouse
- Must be capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities and scheduling work activities.
- Have good level of SAP knowledge and Ms Office Programmes,
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken, (need to communicate with headquarter in Japan)
- Excellent communication ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization and clients,
- Reside in Anatolian side of İstanbul or Gebze,
- Military service must be completed for male candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Registration of spare part datas on SAP
- Check and match the information on the system by physical inventory
- Follow stock turnover rate and keep the minimum slow moving stock and maximum active stock level dynamically.
- Gather the information required to place special orders and ensure the right parts arrive.
- Follow the spare parts campaigns.
- Keep the warehouse in order always
- Perform picking and packing process and stock check.
