We are looking for a new graduate Associate Business Analyst to be employed within Yapı Kredi Invest.

General Qualifications

  • Graduated in the Spring Semester of 2021 from Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mathematical Engineering departments with Bachelor’s or Masters degree
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, loves to communicate with people
  • Innovative and result oriented
  • Able to follow multiple topics simultaneously
  • Willing to learn about Capital Markets
  • Preferably with knowledge of SQL
  • Completed military service or postponed for at least 2 years for male candidates
  • Able to renew herself/himself and her/his way of working about new business applications, software development tools, and methods by following technological developments.

Job description

  • Taking part as an associate business analyst in software development studies by adapting to Yapı Kredi Invest IT software development methodologies and processes
  • Business process design, functional analysis, preparation of documentation, obtaining analysis approvals from business units in IT projects in line with the demands of business units,
  • Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analysis in line with business demands in related projects,
  • Working in coordination with software development teams throughout the software development process, ensuring coordination to meet business demands and functional needs,
  • Performing functional tests of the developed applications and coordinating user acceptance tests,
  • Ensuring coordination between business units and software development teams throughout the software development process, monitoring the status of project and development requests with the Project Management Office.
  • Answering questions and inquiries from the business units during the day, transferring the problem to the software team or the relevant external source when necessary, and following up.
