GENEL NİTELİKLER

Qualifications :

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, MIS, or related fields,

· Talented on Requirements Gathering and Elicitation,

· Comfortable on Business Analysis Modeling tools,

· Good at UI design and keen on UX,

· Experience on Jira is a plus,

· Ready to work with vendors,

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills,

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamworking skills,

· Strong multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities,

· Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams,

· Eager to learn and adapt new concepts,

· Military service must be completed for male candidates,

· BAP, PMI-PBA or IIBA certification will be a plus,

· Banking sector experience is a plus,

· Fluent in English.

Responsibilities :

· Understanding actual business need and making analysis as required

· Identifying all impacted stakeholders and enables collaboration between them to understand their needs and influence decisions.

· Defining and understand the big picture and define requirements for a business and customer/user perspective.

· Conducting analysis, documenting use cases, gathering functional and non-functional requirements and delivering test scenarios,

· Working closely with project managers, architecture, solution and operation teams.

· Doing functional test before delivering project to business teams.

· Supporting business teams in user acceptance tests.
