GENEL NİTELİKLER
QNB Finansinvest Investment Banking team is looking for Supervisor (Associate) to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Mainly responsible for providing support in M&A deals for clients in various industries including; detailed financial analysis, modelling & valuation, drafting & preparation of information memorandum and management presentations, preparation of marketing materials and industry/company research
· Providing support in equity offerings including; coordination of the operational flow of the offering mainly by preparing the necessary documentation during and after the bookbuilding process,
· Providing support in corporate bond offerings including; preparation of all regulatory documentation & coordination of the regulatory approvals, coordinating the relation with the regulatory bodies and managing the client relationships,
· Assist with IB strategy and contribute to ongoing origination/marketing efforts
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering)
· Master’s degree and/or other professional degrees are preferred,
· Min. 2 years of Investment Banking/corporate finance experience
· Knowledge of corporate finance and financial accounting concepts,
· Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and English,
· High level of proficiency with Excel and Power Point,
· Ability to work effectively and produce financial analysis and presentational material quickly
· Strong team player able to work effectively in a team environment,
· Level 3 CMB License required,
· No military obligation for male candidates.
