QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a colleague with the following qualifications to be appointed as an Investment Engineer at the Investment Department. The candidate will be reporting to Investment Executive.

Key Requirements
- University Degree from Mechanical or Electric/ Electric Engineering,
- At least 5 years of experience in investment or project engineering,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Good knowledge of Maintenance and Project applications,
- Strong knowledge of successful project management practices such as cost control, estimating, scheduling programs (MS Project), and forecasting,
- Good level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
- Good Project management skills to deliver Project on time,
· Preparing,planing,coordinating and leading investment projects,
· Making feasibility studies of projects and preparing reports,
· Preparing investment budgets (annual,monthly,adjustmen) and performance forecasts and following the process,
· Preparing the English purchasing technical specifications for new investments and determining the penal conditions.
· Preparing reports on investment activities.
· Checking the suitability of the investment area.
· Following the whole process until the investment is commissioned.
