Investment Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Investment Procurement Specialist – for our leading company Modern Ambalaj in corrugated fiberboard packaging with 6 factories,who will be working in our Ataşehir Office and reporting to Purchasing Department Manager.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering departments from reputable universities,

· 5+ years’ experience in purchasing field of industrial projects experienced within an engineering environment, including electromechanical equipments, construction/civil works and technical equipment purchasings

· Extensive knowledge and understanding of best practices in procurement procedures, project administration and follow-up, and contract management including following up payments

· Fluency in English both written & spoken

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office programmes and SAP MM module,

. Familiar with technical drawings, analysis and reporting knowledge.

. A good team player with analytical thinking, paying attention to details,

· Strong communication skills (oral & written), including strong negotiation and influencing skills

· No restriction for travelling

. Completed military service for male candidates.


Job Description

· The main purpose of this role is to ensure that investment project procurement activities meet quality, cost and delivery targets and provides clear guidance, plans and actions

· Performing whole purchasing process of civil/electrical/mechanical Works and technical equipments

. Working closely with Investment Planning team to fulfil the needs of department, including travelling to all locations when needed

· Making contractors/subcontractors’ contracts

· Analyzing and researching market, creating a portfolio on source of supply, maintaining necessary negotiations with suppliers

· Putting supply demands into operation on time and complete, conducting supply processes according to company procedures, reporting progress of supply process regularly to Management of the department

· Preparing purchase orders and contracts related to convenient source of supply to submit for approval of Management

· Conducting to report possible updates, necessary information and documents on purchase orders and terms of contracts to related department on time and complete

· Following up and controlling payment duration of invoices for designated purchasing materials and services groups

· Executing supplier KPIs for designated purchasing material groups and following up
