Qualifications
We are looking for an Investments Specialist;
- University degree in business management, engineering, finance or economics preferably from one of the top universities, MBA degree will be a plus,
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project finance, business development, business consultancy, financial modeling areas preferably in service related sectors,
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once with cross-functional teams at national, regional, and local levels,
- Experience in negotiation and closure of M/A projects,
- Project management exposure is a must,
- Strong Financial Modelling skills,
- Entrepreneurial thinker and team player with strong analytical skills to understand the financial impact of assigned projects,
- Excellent problem solving and business communication skills,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good command of MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
Job Description
- Analyze investment opportunities and develop financial impact / valuation recommendations by analyzing sectors, deal requirements, financials; resolving internal priorities,
- Responsible for providing research, analysis, financial modeling insights and recommendations focusing existing sectors and investment projects areas and conduct on-going reviews to identify risks and opportunities accordingly,
- Manage partnerships, build relationships with strategic partners by providing support, information and guidance,
- Manage networking by studying integration of new investments with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating company's needs and goals,
- Responsible for coordinating due diligences by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations together having cross-functional interaction with entire organization.
