QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Bachelor’s degree from Finance, Engineering fields (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil etc.),

· Min 2-3 years experience of project controlling, financing or reporting (or related experience),

· Knowledge on project finance, financial modelling and feasibility reporting,

· Self-motivated pursuer able to act as an effective team player,

· Excellent command of English with strong presentation skills in multicultural environments,

· Excellent command of MS Office is a must,

· Result oriented, suitable for team work.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Preparation of feasibility models (including IRR, NPV and cash-flow calculations),

· Taking role on preparation of feasibility reports for potential projects,

· Taking role on preparation of proposals and customer contracts,

· Taking role on end-to-end project and contract follow up,

· Measuring and monitoring project performance. Cost and schedule performance monitoring and reporting,

· Preparation of revenue/expense comparison reports for operating projects,

· Taking role on business development activities in the development areas of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency.
