Experienced in the Energy Sector
EMTA Energy provides integrated designing, engineering, procurement, construction supply and management services. These services extend to independent and national transmissionlines and substations as well as those associated with new power generation, Oil&Gas, Industrial facilities such as Textile, Cement, Pulp & Paper and many others. We have designed and commissioned more than 50 substations and 1000 kilometers of transmission lines.
Power Generation Manager – EPC Energy (Renewable, Thermal Power Projects)
Manages all aspects of small to large EPC Construction projects on power industry projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality. Responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of projects in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction. Manages and leads medium to large teams of multi-discipline professionals. Engages with clients in the country to grow work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads project execution and supports business development.
Engage with Clients to leverage existing relationships and grow new relationships to sell work in coordination with regional business development personnel.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Obtain new/repeat business on mediuml and large size projects; support contract negotiations with client peers.
Manages risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology or new clients.
Management:
Manage a portfolio of projects to successful outcomes in both safety and project delivery, as well as the commercial objectives of gross margin and cash collection.
Manage a project team. The size and skill level of the individuals comprising this team will vary by project. Able to manage decentralized teams, including global workshare.
Communicate client interests and drivers to project team members and develop approaches to accommodate these concerns in the performance of the work.

EXPERIENCE
Professional:
- At least 20 years' experience with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the markets and general dynamics of the power sector; with evidence of commercial awareness and understanding of the financing of power markets.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year related course Master's degree, preferred.
Languages
- Perfect English, Turkish and other languages will be advantage.
Ability to travel (50-70%) on frequent basis both domestically, with occasional international travel both by automobile or air, often with short notice to achieve required customer interactions is essential to this role.
