QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
FACTORY MANAGER
For our international company we are looking for a factory manager for running Factory production/operations smoothly, with optimization of all activities and resources, to fulfill the customer orders in time and with high quality products and services.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Utilize appropriate tools to manage factory production and functions
- Prepare production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers
- Ensuring a proper production planning, directing purchasing department in terms of needed material volume and time.
- Collaborating with quality department to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers. Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets
- Support maintenance department to create a maintenance procedure and optimal efficiency
- Ensure successful transfer of new products into production through effective leadership and coordination with sales, R&D, Engineering and Quality.
- Collaborating with global departments improve the production and operations standards
- Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review
- Overall responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, ISO and other standards
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Factory/Production Manager
- Proven managerial experience; ability to lead, manage and develop a team
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- Computer literacy
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- BS degree in Business Management or related field
- Advance level in English both speaking and writing
