QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduated from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
· Min 10 years of professional experience, having at least 5 years of managerial experience, proven work experience as plant manager,
· Good industry knowledge in rigid plastic packaging is an advantage
· Experienced in process improvement and Lean Management
· Fully computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel & ERP);
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
· Having driving license and no travel limitations;
· For male candidates, military service should be completed
· Dynamic with ability to deliver business objectives;
· Advanced analytical mindset and problem solving skills;
· Strategic comprehensive thinking
· Strong leadership and implementation skills, ability to work in a team

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Leading the entire production, maintenance, technical, lean management and quality control departments while being responsible for production output and product quality
· Leading day-to-day operations to meet internal targets and trigger corrective actions accordingly
· Being committed to improve the plant safety procedures and enforce H&S protocols during all processes in the plant
· Ensuring that production is carried out on time with min cost and exceed the quality level of our customer expectations
· Increasing production efficiency, asset utilization and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs
· Optimization of all processes to minimize waste and scrap rates
· Leading and promoting a multidisciplinary team in line with corporate goals
· Development of suitable plant strategy according to company strategies
· Ensure optimal use of resources
· Responsible for budget, costs, investments and metrics in the area of ??responsibility
· Responsible for the continuous development of plant
· Further development of the area according to Lean Management
· Collaboration and responsibility in executive management
