GENEL NİTELİKLER

Qualifications

• University degree on Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering
• 5 years of experience in designing and executing HR analytics
• Experience in database management, database architecture design and technologies
• Knowledge and experience in database performance and quality
• Experience in reporting and visualization platforms (Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
• Preferable knowledge in streaming data analytics and anomaly detection algorithms
• Preferable experience in HR machine learning, Python/R applications, forecasting, segmentation, decision trees and optimization
• Preferable knowledge/experience in Thingworx IoT platform projects
• Data-minded, analytical thinker and problem solver
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a sense of prioritization
• Eager to take responsibility as well as accountability
• Have sensitivity to others, cooperative and team player
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs
• Excellent command of English
• No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

• Conduct data cleaning and data quality studies (completeness, profiling, grouping, transforming, etc.)
• Provide reporting and dashboard solutions to internal customers
• Design and develop smart decision support tools for internal customers
• Design, develop, execute and maintain analytical solutions to meet business needs using advanced statistical techniques
• Design, develop, execute and maintain smart machine learning algorithms
• Prepare testing scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Determine development needs in HR database and data processes in coordination with software development team
• Research on business intelligence technologies and data science/analytics trends, and propose/initiate projects to adapt relevant and applicable ones
