Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for “Investor Relations Manager” who will work Şok Market located in Çamlıca, Istanbul. The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Builds investor confidence in the company’s vision to deliver shareholder value,
- Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan;builds a powerful reputation of the company in front of stakeholders – stock exchange representatives, portfolio managers, financial analysts, investment department heads and research directors,
- Manages relationships with analysts, investors, and individual shareholders,
- Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function,
- Represents the Company at conferences and road shows, organizes earnings conference calls, and investor meetings,
- Manages the compliance responsibilities of the Company according to Capital Markets Regulations including KAP disclosures,
- Preparation of Investor Relations documents and coordinating Annual Report preparations.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline;
- 10+ years of experience with a strong record of building positive long-term relations with Equity Research analysts and the investors,
- Capital market activities advanced level (Level III) licenced and corporate governancerating licenced,
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skillsboth in Turkish and English, with the ability to craft powerful and engaging messages that inspire others,
- Very familiar with valuation and financial modeling techniques used by investors and analysts,
- A deep understanding of trends in capital markets, macroeconomics, competitors and customer trends,
- Ability to frequently travel within the country and abroad.
