GENEL NİTELİKLER
GENERAL QUALIFICATION
· Ability to operate in a highly performance environment, demonstrating good judgment and creative/original thinking to address the demands of the business
· Ability to influence, motivate and provide clear direction
· Customer and result-oriented approach
· Preferably with work experience in the logistics and distribution sectors
· Previous startup or e-commerce is a big plus.
· Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge),
· Strong analytical and interpretation skills and good team player
· Fluent in English ( both written & verbal)
· Russian or Polish language knowledge is a big plus.
TASK DESCRIPTION
· Strengthen existing relationships and on board new partners into cross border business.
· Understanding operational requirements, cooperation with other teams(IT,Logistic) to provide solutions and improvement plans according to business needs
· End-to-end follow up of the projects with documentation and prioritizing according to impact
· As a part of operational team, running time studies, implementation of standards, following system developments, creating new solutions, implementation of process changes/improvements and running on-site optimization assesment studies
· Reviewing and solving customer demands and complaintsand handling queries from vendors and sellers (product listing, order, cargo, ads, financial, account...etc)
· Supporting sellers and vendors for their e-commerce operations
· Optimizing and tracking processes such as visual control, category control, and faulty content detection for the products on the website
· Tracking the delay order rate and ensuring that the seller's orders are delivered within the promised time
· Coordinating a seamless integrration system with logistics and supporting cargo - courier tracking processes for efficiency in delivery
· To follow the processes of regularly entering the necessary information, features and descriptions (Product Information, Detailed Description) for the products to be uploaded to the site and uploading the product information and photos to the live site.nt activities
