About Role

  • Coordinate all our international shipments with the approved transportation companies
  • Provide suggestions to reduce shipping and related transportation costs and improve on-time delivery performance
  • Prepare and conduct contract and price negotiations with suppliers to contribute to the profitability of the company
  • Follow company rules for risk and contract management to avoid risk and warrant costs
  • Manage and follow LSPs daily operations
  • Monitor KPIs of the operations and work with LSPs to ensure the flow of daily operations (Picking, packing and shipping etc.),
  • Focus on operational workflow deeply to maximize the efficiency of the logistics processes,
  • Analyse and prepare weekly/monthly operational reports (e.g.: number of shipments, success rate, inial&ending stock etc.)
  • Manage relationships with domestic and international transportation provider


About You

  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Has knowledge of e-commerce market trends and competitive environment
  • Experience with E-commerce operations handling including category and product management, and fulfilment.
  • Previous knowledge and understanding of importing/exporting, logistics and shipping.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (JDE/SAP) is a plus.
  • Ability to meet multiple tasks/projects deadlines with changing priorities while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required
  • Knowledge of logistics contracts
