QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Contracting & Product Loader Assistant, Turkey is mainly responsible for entering supplier rates and product information into the internal product data base which are used by: the Contracting Team to build up itineraries for scheduled departure series and additional service pricing, the Sales department to quote for internal & external business, the Finance team to invoice clients and pay suppliers and Reservations team to make confirmed trip bookings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in data entering preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and proven record of accuracy.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Experience in analysis and creating reports.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and travel reservations systems. (preferably Travel Studio and Elements)

Entering Data from rate sheets, contracts and other data sources into the internal Data system (Travel studio & Elements) | Accuracy of rates & information loaded following processes and procedures |
Sense check source documents for accuracy before Data entry and verify data /correction with the Contracting or Sales team | Accuracy of information loaded in the data base |
Work towards deadline given to reach loading targets | Follow pre-agreed timescale to achieving business objectives |
Maintain and update the product loading log & contract progress log to record your progress | Product loading log updates |
Set up of supplier contracts and maintain internal contracting documents | Accuracy following processes and procedures at agreed timescales |
Develop good working relationships with Contracting, Sales, Reservations and Finance Team | Successful relationships established Ensure inquiries/complaints being handled within 24 hours |
During Pricing period, assist with additional service pricing, enquire rates and allotment from suppliers as well as assist the Contracting team with any other system related tasks | Supervisor’s feedback |
