Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst in Turkey;

· Reporting to the Business Development Country Manager in Turkey, you will back up the sourcing experts in the field to follow-up, analyze, document, and archive the offer listings, costs, purchases, and shipments.

· You will keep an online up-to-date follow-up document of all offer listings received from the suppliers.

· You will keep an online up-to-date follow-up document of all purchases and shipments.

· To improve the benchmark capability of the company, you will keep an up-to-date database of costs for specific products in collaboration with the sourcing experts.

· In collaboration with the Quality Control team, you will follow-up, analyze, document, and archive the scorecards of the suppliers.

· You will support the decision making processes of the company by providing the required analysis and reports.

· You will travel to France minimum once a year to get training, present your work, provide data and keep aligned in the company objectives.

· You are requested to accompany the HQ teams in their visits to Turkey for office hours, meals, and supplier visits.

· According to your will and availability, you may also be assigned to other advanced business development projects throughout your journey as an employee of our company.

Qualifications

· Relevant Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

· Min 1 year of work experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in apparel industry

· Interest in one or more of e-commerce, fashion, home decoration, and jewellery

· Sense of analysis, allowing you to show rigor, clarity, precision and conciseness

· A positive character with enthusiasm, like for teamwork, solid communication skills, proactivity

· Ability to travel both intercity and internationally

· Excellency in MS Excel and presentation tools

· Fluency in English (to be proven in the interview both verbally and written)

· Preferably, advanced level of French (to be proven in the interview both verbally and written)

Benefits and Additional Info

· Gross annual package up to 15.000 Euros including all of the basic salary, yearly bonus, private health insurance, transportation, prepaid meal card, bonus for French, and taxes.

· Trial period of 3 months with a basic salary. All additional benefits will be activated after the trial period.

· Hybrid of remote work and 3 office days per week.

· We work flexibly based on job completion deadlines by respecting the workhours of the teams in France HQ and the suppliers in Turkey.

· Office location is Ağaoğlu My Office, Ataşehir, İstanbul. Candidates with close residency to Ataşehir is highly preferred.
