QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, international trade, business administration, supply chain management or engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics import & export, Logistics and Purchasing departments in energy and production industries
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel
  • Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations
  • High standards of accuracy, proficiency, at working with strict deadlines and under pressure and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges
  • Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills
  • Flexibility in working hours and no travel restrictions
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed
  • Having driving license. Being an active driver is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing supporting documents to suppliers
  • Maintaining contracts and registering contract files, evaluating the suppliers
  • Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
  • Working in coordination with Supply Planning, Production Planning and R&D departments
  • Building and maintaining good relationships
  • Processing orders, create and sending delivery lists to the logistic providers,
  • Controlling the whole process of deliveries of the products
  • Coordinating with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
