We are looking for a Logistic Specialist to be part of our team for our KIKO MILANO brand , head office in Maslak.
Main Responsibilities
- Control daily & monthly domestic delivery and domestics reports,
- Support the other colleagues managing the weekly logistics operations and delivering logistics initiatives and projects,
- To work proactively with warehouse team to improve, review and implement standard processes and procedures,
- Monitoring and reporting of warehousing and transportation expenses,
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly logistics KPI reports,
- Analyse all logistics processes and come up with ideas for improvement to minimize costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field,
- Min 3 years’ experience in similar positions,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines,
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities,
- Strong interpersonal skills,
- Ability to collaborate with other teams to determine processes, best practices, etc.,
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, manager and store teams,
- Excellent in using of Microsoft Excel.
