GENEL NİTELİKLER
Toksöz Grup is looking for "Import Export Specialist" having the following qualifications to be employed in our Akmerkez Office.
Qualifications
- University or Master’s degree graduate,
- Min. 3 years of Import Export experience is required, preferably in FMCG or Pharma industries,
- Advance command of verbal and written English,
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs,
- Able to take the initiative to complete projects and solve business issues,
- Have effective time management skills and prioritize works based on project timelines,
Strong analytical and decision-making skills,
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Job Description
- Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes,
- Monitor and report export and import operations according to corporate and local policies,
- Evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures,
- Carry out customs clearance of the materials to be imported depending on the production / purchasing program in coordination with the customs broker,
- Receiving tenders from logistics companies according to types of logistic activities Fulfilling the whole process related to the inward processing regime,
- Other duties could be assigned which are related to the overall import-export business and permits
- Managing the process of permission to be taken from official institutions within the scope of import and export regime.
