Maintaining high standards in products and services, Voicevale group supplies chocolate manufacturers, confectionery manufacturers, ice cream producers, breakfast cereal manufacturers, bakeries as well as other food processors ,packers for supermarkets and wholesalers.
In June 2011, Voicevale has entered into a strategic partnership with Toyota by selling 24% of its shareholding. And finally in Janurary 2012, Voicevale established its Istanbul office, in order to cover the Turkish and MENA markets.
Voicevale Turkey, is expanding as a trading house, active in a wide range of commodities with its main focus on nuts, dried fruits , superfoods and coffee.
Qualificiations:
- Bachelors degree preferably from Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Management or Economics,
- Advanced English both written and oral,
- Minimum 3 years of import & export operations experience,
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills,
- Strong attitude and ability to work in complex envoirement,
- Knowledge on legislations and regulations,
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures,
- Cross-functional experience & team player,
- Continuous improvement and development mindset,
Job Description:
- Execute import, export and transit operations of foreign trade in accordance with company procedures and legal legislations
- Manage and prepare purchase and sales contracts, make sure that the shipments are executed in line with requirements.
- Be in touch with suppliers and customers directly and take the active role for logistics issues and documentations.
- Organize customs clearences with shipping agencies and with the customs brokers actively.
- Prepare export shipping and trade documents and work with Banks for CAD – L/C requirments and document presentations.
