QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, International trade or related fields
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistic process, abroad procurement activities and incentivized purchasing
  • Experience in contract preparation and contact management in investment projects

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Custom clearance activities, insurance mechanisms and knowledge about incoterms (FOB,CIF, etc.) structure is mandatory
  • Contribute to the entire process in the planning of purchasing and supply activities, stock control, logistics and warehouse, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
  • Coordinating contract and claim processes with project/operation, procurement, technical and legal teams, custom activates, incentive mechanisms
  • Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms
  • Ensure full compliance of procurement activities with the relevant company directives and administrative instructions
  • Prepare regular procurement plans and progress reports
