QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, International trade or related fields
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistic process, abroad procurement activities and incentivized purchasing
- Experience in contract preparation and contact management in investment projects

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Custom clearance activities, insurance mechanisms and knowledge about incoterms (FOB,CIF, etc.) structure is mandatory
- Contribute to the entire process in the planning of purchasing and supply activities, stock control, logistics and warehouse, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
- Coordinating contract and claim processes with project/operation, procurement, technical and legal teams, custom activates, incentive mechanisms
- Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms
- Ensure full compliance of procurement activities with the relevant company directives and administrative instructions
- Prepare regular procurement plans and progress reports
