Qualifications:
|
- Minimum 2 years Import, Export, International Logistics and Supply Chain operations knowledge
|
- Fluent in English both verbal and writing is a must
|
- Microsoft Office Programs knowledge (Outlook and Excel must, Power BI knowledge is a plus),
|
- Shipping documentation knowledge & preparation (Invioce, ATR, CMR, BL, etc.)
|
- Experience in Oracle Transport Management System (OTM) is a plus
|
- Clear understanding of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and basic knowledge of KPI preparation,
|
- Clear understanding of root cause analysis also initiating and tracking action plans,
|
- High customer focus and teamwork spirit,
|
- Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily operational issues

Job Description |
- Follow-up lists from Excel/SAP with forawrders via mail to get updates on starts & delivery dates
|
- Monitoring/track & trance AWBs/BLs via airline/shipping line websites,
|
- Supporting daily/weekly/monthly KPI data preparation as mentioned above
|
- Checking Shipping Instructions from Suppliers and other documents. (Invoice, PL etc.)
|
- Tracking all in transit shipments and in case of ETA changes, asking for root cause from carriers and updating new ETA on tracking system
|
- Tracking actual arrivals with Carriers and updating on transport system (OTM)
|
- Daily problem escalation and informing customer about delays
|
- Non-value added costs and demurrage control on daily basis and root cause analysing
