QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

•Min 5 years Supply Chain operations knowledge

•Minimum Upper-Intermediate in English both verbal and writing is a must

•Microsoft Office Programs knowledge (Outlook and Excel must, Power BI knowledge is a plus),

•Team Management experience is a plus

•High customer focus and teamwork spirit,

•Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues

•Having strong customer relationship management skills


Job Description:

•Responsible for daily operation, crisis management and delivery targets.

•3rd party service provider performance management

•Managing monthly, quarterly and annual customer management meetings

•Supplier, Carrier and overall KPI preparation and KPI meetings

•Daily operational escalation point from customer, supplier and carrier

•Leading regional operation with high level customer contacts

•Regularly checks customers 3PL invoices in customer trans. system.

•Daily operational reports and process control

•Contribute to P&L with management invoices

•Team management (coaching, performance reviews, one to one meetings, H.R. Related issues, workload analysis etc.)

•Back-up plan management with team.

•Preparing and updating SOP's, flow charats,managing audits, new task implementations and process improvement

•Attend daily customer and carrier conference meetings.
