Responsibilities:
· Process ownership of complete cycle from customer orders to invoice. (ensure correct delivery time, create order, create purchase request, booking goods intake, create delivery notes, custom clearance, and customer invoices,)
· Organization of domestic or abroad repair services
· Following up and documentation of warranty cases
· Inventory and stock management of inventory and parts stock (incl. income of goods, packaging, shipment, …)
· Coordination with logistic partners (organization and tracking of deliveries, import-export documents)
· Alignment with Finance Department: Overdues, invoicing, tax topics, etc.
Qualifications:
· Higher education, vocational school or university graduate preferably from technical branches
· SAP knowledge/experience is an important asset
· Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative/sales/technical assistant position preferably in a multinational company
· Good command of both written and spoken English
· Ability to prepare presentations and reports using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
· Sales and marketing vision to obtain 'customers first' philosophy while receiving and answering calls from internal or external customers.
· Excellent coordination, planning, problem solving, able to work under pressure
· Advanced organizational and communication skills with attention to details and deadlines
· Ability to re-prioritize and work with multi-functional tasks
