Requirements
- Bachelor’s degrees from related departments of universities,
- Work experience, especially in recruitment, preferably in technology sector.
- Experience with using online recruitment portals
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem solving and result oriented
- Good process management, well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong skills in MS Office programs
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
Job Description
- Initiating and following up the whole recruitment process to identify, attract and recruit talent to meet the long term needs of our company (Being responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, develop sourcing plans, using various tools and research methods to place top talent, screen candidates resume, build competency-based interview plans for a variety of roles, manage reference checks and job offers)
- Developing strong relationships and trust with internal customers, department heads or managers and working with them to understand the business needs
- Organizing the interviews and following recruitment flow
- Conducting career activities at target universities to increase our brand strength and communicate potential candidates closer
- Contributing in preparation and execution of all recruitment related projects
- Periodical reporting of all recruitment tasks
- Supporting all HR activities
