QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Details
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Management Engineering etc.
- Minimum 5 years experience at Information Technology departments in an Agile environment
- Experience working directly with IT Operations&Support teams and stakeholders to clarify business needs
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics with users at all levels of technical expertise and problem-solving
- Ability to take the initiative to drive projects or escalate to solve business issues
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize activities based on project timelines and sprints
- Strong verbal/written communication and relationship building skills with proven ability at different levels in the organization
- Experience to manage and control budget, business contracts
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English
Work Description
- Working in a cross-functional environment to define,design and coordinate digital strategies masterplan
- Communicate and coordinate with business partners and provide solutions / recommendations in order to ensure the vision of company
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new features to maximize projects functionality
- Allocating resources in the most effective way (based on current projects&products) and prioritize according to goals.
- Prepare and present benchmark analysis and business cases to decide the prioritization of new features and projects.
- Building an MVP to make sure all stakeholders and users are satisfied.
