Rönesans Holding is targeting to recruit an "Global Business Solutions Supervisor/Manager" to be based in the headquarter in Istanbul (Asia) or Ankara.
The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Build and ship new features with an eye for quality and giving post-launch care
- Own the roadmap, the quarterly planning, and prioritization, and third party integrations
- Identify detailed business requirements, design solutions according to usability and accessibility, write analysis and test cases
- Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders (ex. Finance, Operations, HR, Technical Offices etc.), external partners and development teams
Skills & Experience Required/Preferred
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Management Information System, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields are preferred
- 5 to 10 years of working experience as an Analyst/ Product Owner and/or Project Manager. Experience
- Experience with high volume platforms and integrations
- Knowing Agile/Scrum principles, being familiar with ITIL and Project Management
- Knowing IT Architecture, Integration layers and protocols like SOAP and REST
- Experience in tools like Jira, Confluence is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrable communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in dealing with remote colleagues
- Strong drive to achieve the best results in line with internal or external standards of excellence
- Openness to continuous acquisition of new skills and competencies, as well as to improve existing
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
The position is located in preferably in Istanbul (Asia) . The candidates living in Ankara might be considered.
