Rönesans Holding is targeting to recruit an "IT Business Analysts Supervisor" to be based in the headquarter in Istanbul (Asia) or Ankara with the following requirements:

Responsiblity:

This role’s main responsibility is being IT SPOC for construction area dijitalization consists of project management and planning tools like Primivera, SAP PS, EPPM and document control systems and some custom applications.

What will you do?

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders,
• Conduct requirement meetings with customer and engineering team to develop the most optimal solution
• Create and manage product backlog items, prioritize them with the customer and team in line with the project goals
• Analyze and breakdown business problems into prioritized, deliverable user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment)
• Observing, learning about, contacting and analyzing customers and end users of the product
• Keeping in touch with every stakeholder of the product regularly
• Managing vendors, demands and projects

What skills do you have?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields (MSc is a plus),
• At least min. 5 year of experience working as Business / System Analysts / Product Owners / Project Managers
• Familiarity with service analysis and tests and have knowledge about UML, Jira, SDLC, Agile methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills
• Highly organized self-starter who can own projects and act with limited supervision
• Good at analytical thinking, result-oriented, team-oriented, open-minded
• Ability to craft complex and clear business analysis requirements,
• Creativity, discipline, and attention to detail,
• Ability to take the initiative to complete projects and solve business issues,
• Good communication and intercultural skills and ability to work under stress
• No restriction to travel abroad
• This role has no employees directly reported
