QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from reputable universities’ respective faculties (Computer Engineering, Business Administration,MIS),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields,
- Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate data,
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills,
- Team player, self-motivated and open-minded,
- Strong communication and coordination skills,
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications,
- Excellent command of English.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing, monitoring and controlling annual budget plans, in line with the objectives of the company with IT Director,
- Carry out all the contracts of IT in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders,
- Coordinate and report of KPIs and metrics necessary for the organization to achieve its goals,
- Managing service catalogue of information technologies,
- Providing proper monitoring structure for information technologies processes, strategical operations and services,
- Following updates of policy and procedures of information technology,
- Controlling all software license and subscription, providing accurate contract,
- Controlling license agreement, confirmation processes and internal /external software licenses,
- Being first point of contact for local stakeholders by dealing with all supply matters.
