Döhler Turkey is looking for a " IT Infrastructure Specialist". The ideal candidate will be directly reporting to IT Manager and s/he is supposed to have following qualifications;
Your Role
- Servers, storage units, backup systems, network devices, UPS systems, air conditioners etc. To provide capacity determination, purchase, installation, configuration, licensing, problem solving and servicing of system room and field components and/or fulfillment,
- Maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure,
- Monitoring data lines in all locations,
- Supporting devices, accounts, software and systems in IT inventory,
- Creating and following necessary systems to execute information security according to procedures, (ISO27001, KVKK, etc.)
- Making all hardware and software system updates,
- Computer, mobile phone, printer…etc. To carry out purchasing studies and to manage the inventory,
- Computer, mobile phone, printer…etc. To install IT products, to solve their problems, to send them to the service to follow the usage periods of the devices and to replace the expired devices,
- Performing account management, authorization and license management processes,
- Following the contract, license renewal times and to manage the renewal processes,
- Supporting the making of purchasing and contracts.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent,
- At least 4-6 years experience in System and Network management,
- Experienced with Windows Server installation and configuration,
- Experienced in AD Server / DNS / DHCP server applications and firewall,
- Experienced in ISO 27001 and KVKK processes,
- Knowledge of network technologies (VLAN / LAN / WAN),
- Preferably knowledgeable about Information Security Management System,
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM concept, preferably have ITIL foundation certificate,
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal,
- No obstacle to travel,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
