We are currently seeking a new team member willing to join us at ALD Automotive Turkey in the position of IT Officer;

• Preferably Bachelor degree in Computer or relevant engineering departments
• 3-5 years of experience in information technologies
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
  
• Knowledge of information systems infrastructures, internet technologies, security solutions
• Familiar with ticketing systems
• Experience in security monitoring, incident analysis and actions,
  
• Following technology and innovations, researcher, open to learning and development,
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Strong communication and team players skills,
• Customer and Result-oriented

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensuring that all information technologies and systems work uninterruptedly, safely and efficiently.
• Review, planning and preparation of operation, hardware specification needs for systems development
• Controlling and management of backup infrastructure on a daily basis
• Installing the operating system, installation and implementation of ALD International tools/applications
• Ensuring that the company's end-user support services are provided within the framework of the determined service levels and troubleshooting all problems
• Ability to analyze incidents and to follow up with Global IT or local suppliers,
• Supporting the digitization projects carried out within the department
• Determining all IT needs in line with the company's business strategies and goals and supporting the preparation of the annual IT budget in this framework
• Managing Active Directory accounts authentication and authorization
• Direct the installation and use of security tools (e.g., firewalls, data encryption), to protect sensitive information.
• Ensure that IT security audits are conducted periodically or as needed and monitoring network security breaches
