We are looking for a IT Process Analyst to join our team!


Tasks


• As an IT support specialist / helpdesk employee you will analyze, document and process customer enquiries and customer problems on a business and technical level

• Support for market organizations

• Test new releases or bug fixes

• Continuous documentation

• Ensuring smooth operations of the IT-platform

• Analysis, classification and processing of incoming inquiries in the ticket system

• Performing configuration changes and align with the HQ team and markets.


Qualifications


• Successfully completed information technology training or degree in computer science

• First experience in user support for a software product

• Ability to become familiar with complex software products

• Experience with learning management systems and processes is beneficial

• Understanding of web application architectures

• Troubleshooting and Logfile analysis

• Good database and SQL knowledge

• Basic Linux skills.


Personal competence

• Good analysis and problem solving skills

• Self-responsible working attitude and initiative

• Fluent English language skills, additional knowledge of German is an advantage

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Team-oriented and structured way of working

• Willingness to work outside of the usual business hours.
