QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

IT SERVICES MANAGER

The incumbent will be based in Izmir and will be reporting to Cluster IT Director Turkey+,ME,Jo,EM.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably from IT-related departments.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT departments, with in-house or external team management background.
  • Experience in all areas of IT operational support including; Windows OS, Microsoft O365 suite of applications, Video Conferencing, MS collaboration applications such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive & Skype, Telecommunications.
  • Experience of provisioning and configuration of Workstations, Mobile devices (iOS/Android), Collaboration equipment (e.g. Video Conference/Skype/Teams rooms).
  • Ability to work in an international setting.
  • Experience in an international corporate IT organization is a plus.
  • Excellent level of English knowledge.
  • Creative, team-player and solution-oriented who can think outside the box.
  • Proactive; driven to learn and keep pace with business and technology trends.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of financial planning and budgeting

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Relationship Management: Proactively engaging with relevant business stakeholders, establishing secure and reliable IT operations, ensuring that the implemented IT infrastructure and business applications adequately support business requirements with the right level of protection.
  • Service Delivery Management: Evaluating the existing best IT related practices (inside/outside JTI) and sharing the information among the IT and business community. Being accountable for the timely delivery of required IT services to support business operations, and for clearly defining and communicating the operational support model for implemented solutions, ensuring system stability, reliability, scalability and performance.
  • Business Transformation / Change Management: Working with related teams to assess the overall impact of business transformation and IT change initiatives on the existing system landscape and to ensure system integrity and reliability, ensuring that these initiatives transition seamlessly from project mode to operations and maintenance mode and the
  • required pre-go live IT project readiness review is completed and that each business application has a designated business owner with the right functional and process knowledge, for the proper planning and execution of application governance, risk management, business continuity, change management, and access management.
  • Security, Business Continuity, Compliance (In alignment with the IT Cluster Lead/Market IT Lead, and as required): Working with business stakeholders to establish business continuity objectives and being responsible for developing, maintaining and testing the entity-level IT disaster recovery plan (DRP) for the Market, based on the business impact assessment (BIA) and as part of the overall IT business continuity plan (BCP), securing the required business alignment and sign-off on the DR plan.
  • IT Governance: Governing changes to implemented solutions, in accordance with JTI’s change management policy, working with the IT Cluster Lead/Market IT Lead and IT Business Solutions Lead to ensure that new technical solutions or changes to existing solutions are well-designed and are implemented according to established standards and best practices, in order to reduce technology risk. Ensuring proper budget planning and execution in line with Operating Guidelines and manage day to day operational financials (e.g. GRs, PR/POs).

  • IT Administration & Supplier Management: Establishing strong relationships with all internal IT Service providers (e.g. GTC, BTS, GDC), being responsible for the overall management of the local data center, IT inventory, software licensing, hardware replacement/procurement, and workplace and collaboration tools and ensuring timely execution of technical park renewals, including all necessary vendor management operations.
