QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
ULTIMATE SOLUTIONS search for an IT Systems Technical support with the below mentioned qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
· 2 years experience at least inTechnical Supportdepartment.
· Excellent speaking written and verbal communication skills inEnglish(English language is a must .)
· Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, Switching, Routing, Network Monitoring and platforms
· Experienced in Antivirus, Antispam and other security solutions,
· Excellent skills in Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other productivity tools
· Knowledges on the following systems:
- Oracle sql and pl/sql
- Sql server
- Crystal report
- Report builder (Oracle)
- Good knowledge about .Net
· High commitment to excellence, collaboration, team achievement, and effective communication
· Ability to gather, organize, and analyze data in the completion of diverse functional assignments
· Ability to work in dynamic environment with competing priorities, a team player comfortable with working across other groups and collaborating with customers, stakeholders, technologists, and management
· Ability to develop productive working relationships at all levels of the organization and cross culturally
· Excellent understanding of IT purchasing and finance concepts, practices, and procedures
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Flexibility in work schedule as needed
