QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Main tasks:
- Responsible for the IT Systems and IT Service delivery on site
- Local representative for the global IT organization and interface to the internal customers on site
- Local IT security and IT governance
- Project management for local projects and participation in regional and global projects
- Responsibility for local IT budget
- Optional: Member of global and regional virtual IT expert teams
Operational:
- Service delivery according to IT Service processes
- Provide monthly IT SLA and budget reporting
- User Support and information
- Operation and maintenance of local systems and service availability
- Budget planning in cooperation with regional IT
- Local IT purchasing and ordering of external services
- Local IT demand management
- Local Emergency and Problem Management
- Project execution and management
Skills:
- Broad IT infrastructure skills with application knowledge
- Customer orientation
- Analytic capabilities and structured way of thinking
- Experience with ITIL and Service Delivery and KPIs
- Project Management
- English fluent
Reporting line:
- Regional IT Manager and local finance or operations or site manger
