This is an Manisa based role, of which the main purpose is the day-to-day support of the end user in addition to the field operations and local system analysis. While the position directly reports to the ITS Manager, you will also be managing a team of experts. A candidate with advanced communication skills and technical knowledge would be a good fit for this role.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably +6 years of experience
• Problem solving and interpersonal relationship skills
• Proactivity and strategic thinking
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement, operate troubleshooting and administrate local systems
• Support operation of the End-User and field operations in: maintaining infrastructure, planning and coordinating system utilization, performing capacity planning; providing first and second tier help desk support for employees; coordinating communication with Global support teams when third& above tier helpdesk support needed; providing on-call support when required
• Investigate and analyze system requirements and develop system specifications including identification methods
• Manage local ITS Projects under the accountability of ITS Manager: finding local vendors, following IT procurement and completing projects under defined time period
• Responsible of Contract Management and Procurement Management Processes for Manisa Operations for the Services managed centrally
• Track & maintain software/hardware licensing and contracts, prepare the renewal list accordingly to the budget period
• Maintain the coordination between local ITS Teams and global ITS support groups: manage the support process by the continuous track of the incidents and business requests
• Lead UATs for ITS Projects and prepare/update necessary documentations periodically during new rollouts, post-implementation support processes and new releases
• Manage ITS inventory including Industrial devices
• Prepare periodic measurement reports (KPIs)
