QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “IT Specialist” for our global and multinational company, which is one of the leading companies in the automotive industry, located in Bursa with the following qualifications.
- University degree from Information Technology or related departments
- At least 3 years experienced in similar positions
- Excellent command of English, both for writing & speaking
- Knowledge about IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and processes
- Ability to communicate IT subject matter to management and to visualize requirements within IT concepts
- To be experienced in implementing IT projects
- To be familiar with Windows Server management, Client Management, Microsoft Office, Desktop Management (SW Distribution, Remote Control, Asset management, Service Desk) set up and operations
- Local Area Network set up and operations
- Open to innovations and eager to learn
- Live/Willing to live in or close to Bursa
JOB DESCRIPTION
BUSINESS PROCESSES:
- Determination and review of technical requirements of the departments
- Support user departments in dealing with applications and systems
- Actions to ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards
- Identification of synergistic and benefits potential at all levels (Hardware, software, applications, workplace integration, user authorization)
PROVIDING LOCAL IT SERVICES:
- Ensure that the existing IT system works in Continental IT standards
- Local Area Network, Server Management, Client Support with Central Teams support
- Production Client & Network System Management with coordinated local Maintenance team
- Action to ensure the cooperation between IT service providers and local personnel in IT infrastructure projects
- Control external providers in terms of contractually agreed-upon service level / performance standards
