In this role, the successful individual will oversee our current systems and assets, assist with upgrades and fixes, and provide training and support—as needed. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, network maintenance, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, MIS or related fields
· Minimum 5 year’s experience in IT consultancy or related area
· Fluent in English both spoken and written
· Knowledge in Azure is a plus
· Having a strong knowledge of MS outlook, MS office applications;
· Having a valid Microsoft Certificate is a plus
· Good knowledge of active directory and domain controller
· High ability to following business processes
· Experience with or knowledge of operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools,
· Experience in KVKK processes and operational IT support,
· Ability to analyze issues/incidents and to follow up with Global IT or local suppliers,
· Has strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis and problemsolving skills
· Collaborative team player, strong interpersonal skills
· High social communication and persuasion skills dealing with other team members or internal customers
· Successful in the time management and compatible with flexible working hours
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle changing priorities
· High ability to following business processes and result-oriented
· Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
· Open to learning, like to research and ability to produce efficient solutions
· No military obligation for male candidates

What You Will Be Doing in this role:
· Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
· Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
· Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity
· Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
· Serve as the subject matter expert supporting Windows, and all common office software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe products
· Assist towards IT solutions for the end users
· Manage the IT infrastructure and network
· Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
· Analyze IT needs, identify vulnerabilities, boost efficiency and accuracy
· Execute system and network administration, design, documentation, implementation, and testing., ensuring components meet needs and work together seamlessly
· Implement applications and software upgrades, as well as performance troubleshooting
· Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
· Implement and monitor daily backup and recovery procedures
· Continuously working together with global Lely IT teams, to identify and execute digital projects for supporting business to reach its targets
