QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

You come with:

  • A B2 level of English, both written & spoken;
  • BA in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related fields;
  • 1 year of experience in a technical support role;
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Engineer or similar role;
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues;
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software;
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal;


Your day in Conectys:

  • You will provide internal end user support, prioritize and manage several open issues at one time;
  • You will Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues;
  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration;
  • You will ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem;
  • You will track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits;
  • You will talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat until they’ve solved a technical issue;
  • You will properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers);
