IT System Support Specialist İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for " IT System Support Specialist" to join our IT Department with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from relevant departments,
• At least 3 years experience of IT services,
• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Terminal Server, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP,
• ITIL knowledge
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/Security and related technologies,
• Knowledge of server systems, operating systems and storage architecture,
• Knowledge of Corporate Security Systems (IPS, Antivirus, Firewall, etc.
• Experience in Hyper-V and Vmware,
• Experience in offer and procurement management of PC, Printers, Access Point, Switch, Firewall, Ups, Server, San, Handheld Computers,
• Able to command of Helpdesk Procedures,
• Fluency in spoken and written English,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Located in the European Side of Istanbul.

• Taking an active role in global IT projects,
• Supporting solutions of system infrastructure problems,
• Follow-up of IT equipment and project procurement processes,
• Providing remote 2nd Level support to branch IT systems,
• Periodic controlling and reporting of server systems.
