QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or graduated from related fields,
  • At least minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English (%99 of our clients are international),
  • Support our domestic and foreign customers with remote connection,
  • Support users in the company network on Windows operating system and Office versions,
  • Having strong understanding incustomer service and relations,
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Energetic, motivated, extravert
  • Having strong communication and follow-up skills,
  • Customer and solution oriented, compatible with teamwork,
  • Passion for learning new applications or systems,
  • Having time management and planning skills,
  • Male candidates must have completed military service,
  • Residing in Istanbul,
  • Will be able to work in shifts and take part in flexible working hours.
  • Having aviation knowledge is a plus
  • The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-pacedaviation relatedstartup environment
