QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree from the related field such as Computer Engineering or Information Systems,
• Minimum 3 years of experience,
• Advanced level knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, Powershell, Clustering etc.,
• Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016-2019,
• Good knowledge and experience in Vmware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms,
• Experience and basic understanding of docker containers and container orchestration tools, specifically Kubernetes and Open shift,
• Familiarity with Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus,
• Fluent in both written and spoken English,
• Ability to collaboratively work in a team environment,
• Strong analytical problem solving skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Communication systems such as Exchange Server, MS Teams, SFB etc.,
• All Infrastructure services hosted on both on-premise or cloud,
• Identify, plan, coordinate and bear a part of Technology Projects from Infrastructure perspective,
• Operation and Administration of the Active Directory and related services, physical and virtual servers according company procedures,
• Operation and Administration of the Exchange Server according company?s procedures,
• Monitor vendors release notes and plan necessary upgrades and patches as required,
• Manage the IT Infrastructure service deliveries to meet service level agreements,
• Identify and execute Infrastructure Projects,
• Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions,
• Document and track the license renewal times of the software and hardwares,
• Works with other infrastructure team members to identify solutions to use cases for support and/or implementation.
