QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering,
- At least minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
Support our domestic and foreign customers with remote connection,
Support users in the company network on Windows operating system and Office versions,
Experience and knowledge of computer hardware, network protocols and components,(Have sufficient knowledge to identify a level 1 problem)
Having strong in customer service and relations,
Having strong communication and follow-up skills,
Customer and solution oriented, compatible with teamwork,
Having time management and planning skills,
Able to adapt to flexible working hours when necessary,
Having at least a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively,
Male candidates must have completed military service,
Residing in the European side of Istanbul
- If necessary, will be able to work in shifts and take part in flexible working hours.
