About Position
As anIT Support Specialist, you'll use your expertise in systems management to resolve issues with clients' hardware and software components. You'll provide answers toour team membersenquiries aboutIT and help meet their business needs through innovative IT solutions.
Youwillbe a part of our DevOps Chapter andsupportyour team withMicrosoft Windows Server / Linux environments, and hypervisor infrastructures.In this role youwillalsobe responsible for ensuring system accessibility,functionality and stability, working around Incident/Problem/Change management processes.
