GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for an “IT System Support Specialist” for our client located in Ankara and operating in "iron and steel" with the qualifications below;


The local Infrastructure specialist is accountable for the management and the correct maintenance of the IT infrastructure within the defined scope according to the guidelines, architecture and controls defined by the corporate IT, acting as the corporate IT local representative. The local infrastructure includes endpoints, servers, network, telephony, cybersecurity, local applications and the relationships with local suppliers.

o User / Operation Support, resolving all the possible incidences coming from users and properly diagnose and document all that needs to be escalated to corporate IT.

o Bridge between end users / local operation and Corporate IT

o Endpoint management.

o Local Server administration and management.

o Active Directory Operation (account / Group management)

o Local network monitoring and support.

o Local Backup management.

o Help foster a culture of compliance and security awareness.

o Local Cybersecurity responsible, ensures the compliance of the systems and users under his/her scope with the Group Regulations.

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

­ Purchasing management IT goods within the Group master agreements and / or standards.

­ HW Asset & maintenance Management

­ Firmware updates.

­ Patch management according to the corporate upgrade cycles.

­ Local User / Operations IT Onsite Support

­ Run periodic IT controls like periodic restore test, identity cleanups, etc.

­ Endpoint installation and configuration

­ Computer Health care. Including malware removal on alerts.

­ Local Automatic business process management and monitoring.

­ Local systems backup including the proper backup execution, restore testing and restore of local systems if needed.

­ Network Monitoring using the existing tools.

­ Attention to alerts coming from monitoring, corporate IT or telecom operators, including diagnosis, basic troubleshooting and remote hands whether required.

­ Network passive infrastructure maintenance, cabling, patching, etc.

­ Local Telephony Support.

­ Proactive / Preventive maintenance of the local Infrastructure to avoid outages.

Incidence – Change management from the opening till is solved working alone, with the corp IT support or with third parties depending on the case.
