We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist with general corporate skills to join the IT team in our company.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
- Good command of spoken and written English language, preferably German,
- Min. 2 years of experience in a field of Helpdesk Management,
- Management and configuration experience in client operating systems,
- Knowledge of basic network (WAN, LAN) and Windows servers,
Job Description
- Solving Help Desk requests according to SLAs,
- Provide performance and service level reporting,
- Contributing to development, planning and production of new systems,
- Leading Help Desk projects,
- Provide trainings for the development of the Help Desk team,
- Ensuring control of hardware and software inventories.
