QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keeping computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Very well understanding of computer hardware, Microsoft OS, smartphones, printers and field operations equipments
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship internally
- Collaborating with programmers, developers, and designers to achieve set objectives
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Ensuring IT systems security
- Providing day to day support, review of tickets and requests coming from the users and alarms generated by systems
- Having close relationship with Spain Headquarter IT team for troubleshooting and configuring
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least four years of University Degree in Computer Engineering or IT Systems
- Good level of English is a must, Spanish is an asset
- Good team player
- Eagerness to solve problems in limited time
