QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or related areas
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Java SE/Java EE (JDBC, Swing, Multi-Threading, JSP, Web Services)
- Experience on React, JavaScript and ES6 is a plus
- Knowledge on database concepts and SQL is a plus
- Experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence is a plus
- Able to use English effectively for both oral and written communication
Job Definition
IAS has its own programming language and software development platform and database server under the responsibility of the R&DTeam. As a member of our R&D Team, main responsibilities of Senior Java Developers are as follows:
- To perform research and development activities to create new features and subsystems that will add value to TROIA Platform which is our own software development platform.
- To carry out the design, development, maintenance and optimization processes of TROIA Platform.
- To shape the project and to guide the project team based on their knowledge and experience in the projects carried out by the team.
