QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Anatolia is a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of ceramic and stone tiles and is a major supplier to some of the largest home centers and distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Based in Toronto, Anatolia is a privately owned 100% Canadian corporation that is growing rapidly.
Anatolia has been operating in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey since August, 2017 in its 60,000-square meter Distribution Centre. With this facility, Anatolia has been supporting its North American Customers, and continues to expand to new markets in Europe, Asia, South America and Middle East. In addition to its Distribution Center, the construction of Anatolia’s 250.000-square meter ceramic manufacturing facility is in progress with operations commencing in 2022.
Anatolia is now seeking a Java Specialist. With this role, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders. What you need is…
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Programming related fields,
- 3+ years of Java applications development experience,
- Applications programming experience or education using Java or other object-oriented language,
- Having an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills,
- Very good command of both written and spoken English,
- No military service obligations for male candidates,
- Deep Knowledge in JSF, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, Maven , MVC Pattern Web Services,
- Technical Expertise in Primefaces, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, Web Page Design,
- Good Understanding in SQL language, stored procedures and database triggers,
- Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts and technologies,
- Experience or education with mobile app development is a plus,
- Strong desire to learn new technologies,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables,
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and guidance,
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and relentless attention to detail,
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal to all layers of business and management.
As a Java Specialist you will responsible for:
- Working in close harmony with a global team,
- Turning business requirements into technically sound solutions,
- Performing full-cycle web application development,
- Supporting the production releases and manage the infrastructure issues.
